Oba, lá vem ela! Stevie Nicks põe seus patins para juntar-se à boa onda que sua “Dreams” espalhou pela internet – resta saber se ela realmente vai sair deslizando e tomando suco por aí…

Pra quem não entendeu nada: há algumas semanas, um usuário do TikTok usou o hit do Fleetwood Mac como trilha sonora para uma cena inusitada e deliciosa, que logo viralizou e caiu nas graças de um dos fundadores da banda, Mick Fleetwood. E como estávamos todos esperando pela vocalista e compositora da faixa… Olha ela aí!

Eu e André Graciotti gostamos de hipérboles para descrever os filmes que gostamos, mas raramente elas convergem – e inauguramos o primeiro Cine Ensaio dedicado a um diretor com o ponto-chave desta convergência, Stanley Kubrick. Discutimos sua importância e o porquê de nossa admiração pelo diretor inglês ao percorrer diferentes momentos de seus filmes clássicos, de 2001 a Lolita, de De Olhos Bem Fechados a Laranja Mecânica, de Dr. Fantástico ao Iluminado. Um cineasta magistral tanto estética quanto conceitualmente, que criou alguns dos principais filmes da história do cinema, e que nos deu a ideia até de pensar em propor um curso sobre ele…

O casal indie norte-americano Patrick Riley e Alaina Moore, que juntos assinam projetos musicais como a dupla Tennis, faz reverência a uma de suas grandes influências musicais e regravar o clássico dos Carpenters “Superstar”, em versão quase pista de dança.

Ficou fera.

Mesmo à distância, o autor do viral redentor de 2020, Doggface208, encontra-se com um dos fundadores da banda que compôs a música que ajudou a mudar a vibe deste ano, em um programa da BBC. Mick Fleetwood, do Fleetwood Mac, até já gravou uma paródia do clipe que tornou o skatista de 37 anos famoso e não perdeu a oportunidade de agradecer ao responsável por fazer sua “Dreams” voltar a tocar nas plataformas digitais. “Te devemos essa”, disse, não apenas falando pelo grupo, mas também por todo mundo que sentiu o alívio ao assistir aqueles parcos segundos de boa onda.

Mas ainda estamos esperando Stevie Nicks, a autora da canção, aparecer em público sobre este assunto…

Mesmo durante a quarentena, a dupla Rakta, formada por Carla Boregas e Paula Rebellato, que agora conta com Maurício Takara como terceiro integrante, não fica parada elança música e clipe novos. O clipe da faixa-título de seu disco mais recente foi lançado no fim do mês passado e traz toda atmosfera tensa feminina, mística e aterradora do grupo, capturada com estilo pela diretora mexicana Michelle Garza Cervera.

Já o épico ambient “Rubro Êxtase”, com mais de dez minutos, foi lançado na semana passada para download pago, mas só agora elas abriram para a audição.

Vão bem, como sempre.
