Às vésperas de completar duas décadas de existência, o Wilco preparou dois sets comemorativos em forma de disco – a coletânea dupla What’s Your 20 (que reúne os principais hits da história da banda) e a caixa quádrupla Alpha Mike Foxtrot Rarities (que compila músicas que não entraram na discografia oficial do grupo). As duas coletâneas foram organizadas pela produtora Cheryl Pawelski, que também organizou as caixas Keep an Eye on the Sky do Big Star e A Musical History da The Band (duas caixas preciosíssimas, diga-se de passagem). As duas coletâneas já estão em pré-venda e a ordem das faixas de ambas segue abaixo.

Dentro das comemorações do novo aniversário, a banda de Jeff Tweedy também anunciou sua residência por uma semana no Riviera Theatre, em sua cidade-natal Chicago, nos EUA. Por seis dias consecutivos entre 5 e 12 de dezembro, a banda fará seis shows diferentes, tocando material de diferentes épocas num evento perfeitamente chamado de Wilco Winterlude. A residência faz parte das comemorações do Holiday Concert For the Kids, da rádio local WXRT, que estimula os convidados a trazer brinquedos e livros usados para serem doados para hospitais infantis. Os ingressos começam a ser vendidos nesta sexta, pra quem quiser se arriscar…
