As Heard On Radio Soulwax Pt. 2 talvez seja a grande obra da dupla Soulwax, formada pelos irmãos belgas David e Stephen Dewaele, que quando discotecam atendem por 2ManyDJs. O disco duplo elevou o conceito de mixtape e mashup às últimas consequências ao desafiar as regras dos direitos autorais como se fosse 1989. Há uns dois anos a dupla vem experimentando acrescentar o elemento visual à sua mistura, usando especificamente o aplicativo Radio Soulwax para lançar seus mashups em vídeo (não viu o tributo que eles fizeram ao David Bowie? Tá perdendo). E agora acabaram de lançar a versão em vídeo para seu mix clássico. Saca só:

Mais uma mixtape dos 2ManyDJs oferecida através de seu aplicativo Radio Soulwax, desta vez dedicada à obra de David Bowie. O lance é que o conceito de mixtape audiovisual de Dave expandiu para além das já tradicionais animações de capas de disco e virou um média metragem sobre a importância de Bowie no imaginário pop do final do século 20, um tratado sobre o que é ser cool na música pop, misturando palco, cinema e coreografias. Genial.
